What’s in TrooGranola?
The Original variant contains whole jumbo oats, flame raisins, honey, golden raisins, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flaked almonds, sunflower oil, cranberries, sea salt, cinnamon and ginger.
The SuperSeed variant contains whole jumbo oats, honey, sunflower seeds, flaked almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower oil, blueberries, flaxseeds, goji berries, chia seeds, sea salt, cinnamon and ginger.
Go Nuts! contains whole jumbo oats, honey, sunflower seeds, flaked and whole almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower oil, mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews, brazil nuts), sea salt, cinnamon and ginger.
Feeling Fruity contains whole jumbo oats, honey, sunflower seeds, flaked almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower oil, flame raisins, golden raisins, cranberries, blueberries, apple, goji berries, sea salt, cinnamon and ginger

Do you only have 4 variants?
We have 4 delicious variants right now, and we aim to offer more in the longer term. We will have a seasonal special – if you have any ideas for varieties then please let us know either on our Facebook page or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do you make TrooGranola? Why is it special?
We make our TrooGranola in small batches; combining the oats, nuts and seeds with the honey and oil and spices and a tiny sprinkle of sea salt. This mixture is then toasted and hand-turned to ensure even browning. It is air dried before we add the fruit and any other goodies. As quickly as we can we pack it in sealed brown pouches with special valves that keep the freshness locked in. We then post it to you by First Class mail; this should mean next day delivery.
The freshness makes it special and different to anything else you can buy in the shops. We get it to you within 3 days of making it; you can smell and taste the difference. We estimate the freshest you can buy retail would be at least a month old and probably a lot more. We also add in lots more goodies (nuts, seeds and fruit) to make it sooper crunchy and extra nutritious.
When can I get my first pack?
You can subscribe now! We make the TrooGranola every Tuesday right now (see below) – it should get to you within 2 or 3 days, so on the Thursday or Friday.
Will you deliver to me?
Yes. We deliver nationwide in the UK. Any address with a standard letterbox can receive a box with a weekly supply of our delicious granola inside. No need to wait for it or pick up from the sorting office, it’ll be sitting on your doormat waiting for you to come home.
We can also deliver to you at work. It will just come in the standard workplace mail.
When do you send the TrooGranola out?
The order cut-off date is Sunday night. We collate the ingredients on Monday and bake the TrooGranola on Tuesday. We aim to make and pack on the same day and then get to the post office on Wednesday. This means the freshly toasted granola should get to you on Thursday, Friday at the latest. Pretty damn fresh.
When do I get billed?
You’ll pay for your first pack when you sign up, after which you’ll be billed every week on a Monday.
How much do you get each week?
Each pack contains 250g – that’s enough for 5 x 50g serving for the bigger appetite or 7 x 35g for more normal types! So about a week’s supply, if you eat it quicker you should probably be working here!
How much does it cost?
Each pack costs £6.99 per week including postage and packaging. So less than £1 per standard portion, less than a cup of tea from a café. Not only do you get a freshly toasted, handmade product, we have lots more nuts, seeds and fruit compared to the usual supermarket products. To a large extent you do get what you pay for – and we hope you agree its worth that bit extra…
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is included with the price of the weekly subscription – no extra costs are added!
What happens if I go on holiday or if I have too much?
You can easily pause your granola deliveries by pressing your ‘suspend’ in your account settings. You can then ‘reactivate it’ when you need more. After 3 weeks it will automatically reactivate itself. Please make sure pause any deliveries before 4pm on Sunday evening for the following week’s delivery.
What happens if you guys mess up?
We try not to, but inevitably things can sometimes go wrong. If they ever do, simply get in touch and rest assured that we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
If your pack arrived damaged let us know straight away. Our posties are usually excellent, but sometimes accidents do happen. If possible, please send us a photograph of the damage and we’ll replace the pack straight away.
If your pack doesn’t arrive at all, please send us your phone number and any additional delivery instructions that would help your postie find your address, and we’ll attempt to re-deliver it, or send you a new one.
Can I give TrooGranola as a gift?
Of course, people love receiving a subscription or a one-off pack as a gift. You can simply order yours with the address of the recipient and we’ll deliver it straight to them (we don’t put any invoice in with the box). Don’t forget to cancel the subscription after your ‘gift’ is over!
Can I cancel?
We hope you won’t want to! But if you do wish to cancel your subscription you can do so whenever you like, simply by clicking the cancel button on your account page or by e-mailing email@example.com but please make sure you do this before 4pm on Sunday evening.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
Unfortunately, not usually, but hopefully one day! If it’s really important to you and a one off then let us know and we can get a quote for the postage.
